Fried pork sausage, mix-dip-fry, delicious in 10 minutes.

Fried pork sausage, a popular Thai snack or appetizer. Crispy on the outside, but still sour and juicy on the inside. It is a menu that can be easily made at home within 10 minutes.

Raw materials used

  1. Favorite type of sausage

  2. 1 cup of Gogi brand cooking flour

  3. 2 chicken eggs

  4. 1 1/2 cups Gogi brand bread crumbs

  5. Vegetable oil for frying





method

  1. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Coat the dough with a thin layer of flour, then dip it in the egg. Do it again.

  3. Then dip in egg and then breadcrumbs in that order and set aside.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add the sausage and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and drain the oil.
