How to make pancakes

  • Wheat flour 64%

  • Sugar 18%

  • 8% baking powder

  • Flavored powder 6%

  • Corn Starch 3%

  • Other 1%

  1. Take 2 eggs, 160 ml. Fresh milk and whisk to combine. Pour 200 g of flour (1 box) into a container with milk and eggs. Mix well until smooth. Then set aside for 10 minutes.

  2. Grease the pan with oil or unsalted butter just enough to coat the surface of the pan. Wait for it to heat up. Then drop the pancake batter, wait until air bubbles spread across the edge, begin to dry, then turn over.

  3. Wait until the other side is cooked and bring it up.

  4. Can be eaten with honey or chocolate as you like.

Storage method If not used up, it should be kept in the refrigerator.
