Heat a pan over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add 3 fresh prawns, 30g of tofu, 20g of chopped sweet radish, stir until fragrant, then add 100g of noodles.
Add 4 tablespoons of water and stir the noodles together with the meat.
Stir to combine until smooth and crack 1 egg into the yolk and whites. After cooked, sprinkle the whole packet of Pad Thai powder (30 grams), stir the noodles together.
Add 50 grams of bean sprouts, followed by a pinch of chives or scallions. Then add 6 grams of dried shrimp and 14 grams of ground peanuts and stir quickly. And immediately turn off the stove
