GOGI Suchef

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

  2. Add 3 fresh prawns, 30g of tofu, 20g of chopped sweet radish, stir until fragrant, then add 100g of noodles.

  3. Add 4 tablespoons of water and stir the noodles together with the meat.

  4. Stir to combine until smooth and crack 1 egg into the yolk and whites. After cooked, sprinkle the whole packet of Pad Thai powder (30 grams), stir the noodles together.

  5. Add 50 grams of bean sprouts, followed by a pinch of chives or scallions. Then add 6 grams of dried shrimp and 14 grams of ground peanuts and stir quickly. And immediately turn off the stove

  6. Served ready to eat
